Description

Obtained from the milling of coarse-grained maize (maize or maize), corn flour arrived in Italy after the discovery of America. The main use is polenta. The crayed polenta, typical that Bergamo, is in fact made with the yellow flour craved. It exists yellow or white and also precooked, which reduces preparation times.
